JetBackup: Automatic Backups and Restore Options
At SingleSync, we know how important your data is — which is why we use JetBackup to keep your hosting accounts safe and recoverable at all times.
What is JetBackup?
JetBackup is our automated backup system, integrated directly into your cPanel. It allows you to restore files, databases, emails, and more — quickly and easily, without needing to contact support.
Backup Retention
We automatically take daily backups of all hosting accounts and keep up to 3 days of backups available for you to restore from. These are rotating daily backups, so you'll always have the most recent three days available.
What Can You Restore?
Through JetBackup, you can restore:

Full website files

Everything is managed directly in your cPanel, under the JetBackup section.
Good to Know

Backups run daily, typically during off-peak hours.

You can restore entire sections or specific items — it's fully self-service.

If you're making major changes, we still recommend downloading a manual backup for peace of mind.
