This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using SingleSync’s services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. This policy is designed to protect the security, integrity, and reliability of our network and services for all users.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use SingleSync services to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email (“spam”) or operate open mail relays
- Host or distribute phishing, malware, ransomware, or any malicious code
- Run open proxies, anonymizers, crypto miners, or unauthorised VPN services
- Promote or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, libellous, or hateful
- Engage in denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or other malicious activity
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others
2. System Resource Abuse
Services are shared unless otherwise stated. Excessive use of CPU, memory, disk I/O, or network bandwidth that disrupts other customers or infrastructure is prohibited. SingleSync may suspend or limit services to maintain stability.
3. Security Violations
Attempts to bypass authentication, exploit vulnerabilities, or compromise system security — on our network or elsewhere — are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or legal action.
4. Responsibility for Content
You are responsible for all content hosted or transmitted using your account. You must ensure all data complies with applicable law and does not infringe the rights of others.
5. Enforcement and Reporting

6. Updates
